Rui is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University with a degree in Marketing and is working on her Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. She is ready, willing and more than able to strategically position the Oyster Group to thrive for many years to come.

Diane has been a part of the Customer Care Team for over 6 years. Her superior verbal skills, numeric ability and objective judgement make her the perfect fit for this challenging position.
Her cheerful, can-do attitude has been appreciated by subscribers from Newfoundland to British Columbia, from Maine to California and beyond. And, just as importantly, clients and the rest of the Oyster Team.
Diane is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and the Saint Mary’s Executive Et Professional Development program.
In her tenure with the Oyster Group, Diane has been a major part of the technology shift from paper to digital and from phone lines to VOIP.
In her new role, Diane leads a team that cultivates relationships with over 100,000 devoted subscribers to niche magazines across North America.
